### Kubernetes

- Fix an issue where processes launched via `kubectl exec` might not have the desired Linux capabilities applied.
- Fix an issue where asynchronously deleting containers on `CreateContainer` RPC failure might cause many failed workloads to pile up.

### Miscellaneous

- Fix an issue where non-Kubernetes workload networking would not correctly report failure.
- Compress workload logs to improve scenarios where excessive workload logging might cause backpressure to the zone.
- Fix an excessively long wait timeout for block device unloop.
